The delivery was on time, but unfortunately, the kettle itself was a huge disappointment. 1. Packaging — the quality of the packaging also leaves much to be desired. Honestly, I’m surprised the kettle even arrived in one piece. Inside, all the protective foam was damaged. I will attach photos as proof. 2. Wrong version received — I ordered the English version with an English plug, an egg-boiling attachment, and an extra strainer. Instead, I received the Chinese version: Chinese plug, no egg attachment, only one strainer. 3. Feels misleading — either the seller misleads customers on purpose, or the staff simply doesn’t read the orders carefully. Either way, this is unacceptable. 4. Build quality — very poor. The bottom plate moves, there are no rubber feet, and the materials feel cheap. In our country, we jokingly call such items “Mickey Mouse kettles.” 5. Price vs. quality — I paid €39.41, but the kettle is not worth even half that price. Its real value is no more than €15. Final rating: 2 out of 5. Very disappointed and will try to request a refund. I also warn other buyers to be cautious. The customer service works disgustingly. In my opinion, I can't count on a refund. Very big disappointment. Before you buy something, think carefully.

Hello, That can happen.. ... Simply after 7-8 minutes to see how it was running, I unplugged it and 3 days later when wanting to use it well.. !!! NOTHING it doesn't run at all anymore. No smell but nothing happens at all ?! The package was completely opened at customs and repacked in haste, therefore I have no paperwork to allow me to return it free of charge... I WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF YOU COULD SEND ME THE PAPERS OR LABELS TO STICK ON THE PACKAGE IF I NEED TO SEND IT BACK TO CHINA If I am not asked to do so, then I desire that the same package be returned to me and "as a sign of goodwill" include in this shipment 1 adapter for Switzerland, that would be the minimum in terms of a commercial gesture. Hello, from a recent customer! Please don't take this email as rude, this is just what happened. I am sorry to say, but I am disgusted with your product's condition. I bought a "3000w Industrial Electric Heater Fan Commercial Warm Heater Blower Air Workshop Space Garage Heating Appliances Adjustable". It arrived at the post office closest to the specified address (61 Orrs Road, Lucknow, Victoria. Australia. 3875.) After picking it up, we opened it the next morning. To our surprise, it is so broken from poor handling that it is completely unusable. Attached are photos of the Heater. The fan engine has completely broken off. The wires are partially damaged, and the fan blades are bent. The packaging was also damaged.. I believe a replacement would be 100% appropriate. Thank you for understanding!😀 Kind regards Josiah

Hello. I opened my package and I realize that I ordered 2 machines and therefore that I made an ordering error. How do I return this item to be reimbursed? Well then now the product does not conform to my order see the photo is absolutely not the same as the one received the plucked bird seen in the photo does not resemble mine at all so I ask you for a full refund of the 2 items and I have not received my third item the gas refills as well as on my second order the care cream is missing

For a European buyer I received equipment with a US charger despite the signage visible on the box (see photo) charger with US plug requiring an adapter. the charger tripped the circuit breaker and slightly burned the finger when removing the plug. of course Chinese material!!!! Furthermore, all the photo presentations but especially the films feature individuals suffering from no disability.. I challenge anyone suffering from such a disability to put the glove on their left hand, alone, and without assistance as easily it takes an assistant or else change the way to hold the fingers effortlessly

This is not the item I ordered. I have received a 12l toaster oven, my order was for a 22l mini oven. Can someone please advise. This product does not conform with British usage or standards, ie, the plug is very miniature, ideal if your child has a dolls house. Joom are saying I've gone past their 15 day period of requesting a refund, but their policy states 30 days, to which I qualify for a refund. The only reason for the delay is I have been in hospital. Can I request a full refund please as the appliance is not compatible for British use . I am still awaiting a positive response. I have also contacted trading standards.

Hello. I received my order, but the packaging arrived badly damaged and crushed. The boxes are bent and torn, as you can see in the photos. I bought these items as gifts 🎁, but in this condition they cannot be given to anyone. I am very disappointed with the packaging and delivery condition. I have more photos, but the app only allows me to upload 2 pictures. Please consider this problem and offer a solution or compensation.
