I DID NOT KNOW THEY WERE BASED IN HONG KONG, IF I HAD, I WOULD NEVER HAVE BOUGHT THEM, ALTHOUGH I FINALLY GOT A REFUND, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND THE £30 POSTAGE WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE, SO I HAVE LOST £30!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO PLEASE BE WARNED, DONT GET CAUGHT LIKE ME, IF BUYING ON INTERNET, MY ADVICE IS ALWAYS CHECK WHERE COMPANY IS BASED AND CHECK RETURN PROCEDURE AND WHERE THEY ARE BASED. Dear Joom Support Team, I ordered a pair of Nike Air Zoom Upturn SC (Item Number: IB2764-400) through your platform and received them recently. Upon unpacking, I noticed that the transparent elements in the heel area of both shoes have different colors. In one shoe, the element is almost colorless and transparent, while in the other, it has a distinct pink hue.. Since it is a pair of shoes of the same model, I would like to know if this color difference is normal and due to production or if there is possibly a quality defect.. Could you please tell me if this color deviation is typical for this model and if the shoes delivered match the original product?? I can gladly provide you with photos of both shoes if needed.. Dear Joom Support Team, My latest order was handled by Quickmail. However, instead of being delivered to my correct address, the parcel was delivered to a completely different address in Lucerne. My delivery address: Langensandstrasse 10 6005 Lucerne Switzerland The parcel was apparently delivered to Tribschenstrasse 90 instead. I only found out where my package was because a stranger took the trouble to contact me. Quickmail appears to be unable to read and follow the correct delivery address. This level of unreliability is simply unacceptable. I explicitly request that Quickmail no longer be used for my future orders. Please check whether you can exclude this carrier for my deliveries and use a more reliable alternative instead. Kind regards, M. Malloth

So, new scalpel 2.0 is really good basketball shoes. Traction is perfect on clean and dusty floor. Ventilation is not so good. Amortisation is normal, I didn’t feel any problems with it. Feeling of court is good. Also I can recommend this shoes to all players without any exceptions, it won’t make any problems to people with wide and high foot.Anta scalpel 2.0 have 2 minuses and of them is connected with laces. Firstly it is fixation of foot. You need to lace it so tight. And secondly it is system of lacing. After 2 months of using lace locs was crashed. So if I need to rate it, i will tell 7/10

Unfortunately, these shoes are too small, and it's unbelievable what I have to do here to send the shoe back and get my money back. Photograph foot, remove sole, photograph tags that were not present, photograph the shoe and box from all sides and send everything. And then they wear you down until you give up, keep the crap. Forfeit your money. I will never order here again! Unfortunately, we are almost forced to buy sports shoes in stores in Germany, the selection is a joke.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. Despite the tracking information showing that the item was delivered, I never received my shoes. The courier service seems completely uninterested in helping me resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I didn't receive any notification of delivery. It's clear that I've been scammed, and I'm warning others to be cautious when using this app. They're not legitimate, and I won't be making the mistake of shopping with them again.

Excellent seller. Very pleased with the quality. Bear in mind this is a Chinese brand from China, not a western brand, so less chance of a counterfeit product! Would use again for my next Chinese running shoes. Delivery to the UK took 2 weeks from order. Update...2x 5k runs in these shoes now and I'm very impressed. The roll on is very strong vs my asics and this seems to give me a better running stride. Recommeded

I have been trying to return a pair of shoes from Joom that are too small and have not been successful in doing this. It is not a straightforward process as the app requires the buyer to contact an agent. Despite following the instructions I have not been able to organise a return. I would not advise ordering through the site.
