The jacket was too small, so I sent it back by post to the address in Komorniki because that was the return address provided on the package I received with the jacket. I incurred additional costs of 2x20 PLN for sending the return by post and for the return of the package - refusal to accept. As proof of the attempt to deliver the jacket with the above-mentioned order number, which turned out to be definitely too small - it did not match the size indicated in the offer. What should I do next, in the "help" that the company JOOM offers - I did not receive support. Because winter is still ongoing = I ordered a larger jacket from this place, but I already regret it. If it turns out that it also does not correspond to the given sizes - I will advise everyone interested in shopping at JOOM against any purchases. My wife wanted to order a coat from you, but she definitely changed her mind knowing what complications I will encounter.. I expect a quick resolution to my problem and a refund for the purchase of item no. XMX74X8L and the costs of 40 zł for the attempt to make a return.

5xl was too small for me. I usually wear a UK size 18 top & bottom half. I could get into it but it was too tight around the nether regions. I am able to sew. I took the straps off, opened the fabric out and put a panel down the outside of each leg. I bought it for fancy dress as a 1940s style/ Land Girl so it will work for me. I'd say they are cropped. Mine appear shorter than on the photo shown, I'm 5 foot 6. They come to my mid calf when fully rolled down. I wish they did bigger sizes.

Good product as padding for the cold, the zippers are not very functional, they tend to get stuck when sliding, the fit is not the best. When you wear it if it is not fastened, it forms a beak in the back, not nice to look at. For all this I removed another star. I took one size larger than mine, because wearing a heavy sweater or a fleece underneath it would have been small. The product did not leave me satisfied, too bad. Greetings.
