Terrible supplier. It says "Real Leather" in their advertisement (see the highlighted product definition in the attached picture) but it is a cheap imitation leather. It is a total scam. I would like to return. Please assist me as to how. Regards. EDIT: After my complaint about the seller in the above paragraph, Joom returned the payment in full. I am simply impressed about how professiinal Joom Team is. Thanks. A terrible salesman. It is advertised as "real leather" on the promotion page (scanned goods description in the attached picture) but it is poor quality imitation leather. I feel completely scammed. I would be happy if you could help me on how to send it back.. ADDITION: After my above complaint about the seller, JOOM refunded all my money. This professionalism shown by JOOM is impressive. Thank you very much. Hello

I was very impressed with the beautiful color print yesterday.. But today I have doubts because of double major errors 🤔🤢 and many other things.. It is badly sewn.., very roughly., no straight seams, but as waves and half-moons through the whole bed sheet.. 😱 The bed sheet is 234 cm long and 194 cm wide. It should be exactly 230 by 200 cm. There are still 60 square cm left. A joke, as always.

I like the shoes, but unfortunately the "tongue" is a bit too long for me and presses a little. They smell slightly of rubber or glue. For the warmer temperatures, the shoes might be too tight for me, but we'll see.. Nevertheless, on the whole, I am satisfied with the shoe. For me, with a soft insole, they are actually a bit tight. Thank you very much

The goods turned out to be of poor quality - only a smell from natural leather, and delivered in the wrong size. I ordered a size of 130 cm and the belt was delivered in a size of approx. 113 cm. Unfortunately, for me the strap is useless. I gave it as a gift, it ended up being a great shame - the strap was torn, fabric inside. Avoid this store.

Very cool bag, looked big when I first opened it so I was surprised but when you tighten it it’s really nice. It smells like plastic inside but I hope that washes out (il have to do it by hand because the zipper doesn’t look trustworthy). One problem though, it was sent in wrong Color 😅
