So I have to split the review into jacket itself and our jacket unfortunately.... The jacket itself is, as advertised, real leather of very good quality. It fits perfectly. It is a really beautiful jacket. It is relatively heavy, but I don't see that as a disadvantage. The delivery went smoothly and faster than we expected. Unfortunately, there was a sewing error in the pocket of our jacket. This caused some effort in negotiations with Joom, although I have to say the support is very nice and communicative. Since the error was fixable, an exchange was out of the question. So we had the jacket repaired. We were lucky to find a good workshop for it. The repair costs were also reimbursed. What was not reimbursed were the fuel costs that we had. OK, maybe that would have been asking too much...? Anyway, we now have a perfect jacket and a story to tell. But one point deducted because not everything was perfect.

I have bought this brown jacket, unfortunately I received the wrong size. I selected UK size Large (L), unfortunately they sent me a China size Large (L) or a smaller size. The arms are too short for a Large size, and I can use only 1 button. I have included a picture of my black suit with Large UK size. The arm fits well, and the overall size fits as well, not too tight, I can use all the buttons. I am requesting an exchange please. I like the suit. So if I need to send my precise measurements to avoid misinterpretation of a Large size (L), please let me know. Thanks! Also, please let me know the return process. Thanks!

Very nice size good but just the right size, not too small not at all elastic at the hips, it's exactly what I expected ! I reassure you about the condition in which you will receive it because all the threads are attached together to a kind of cut-out sewing strip, this is normal, it is to hold the threads and prevent them from coming loose. mixed in the trip don't panic you have to pull on it gently and it goes away maybe there will be a long or too long filter to readjust but overall fortunately there was that

The jacket was for a gift and the size didn't fit well, I tried it on and it was one size too big for me but for the person I was going to give it to it's super small. Furthermore, the jacket does not have the quality that I expected and that was described in the product. I want to return and get a refund, there is no way to do it because they refer to the support chat and I have been waiting for days and no one answers me, I am very displeased about it.

Size way too big. Exchange request refused. Refund request refused. Sending measurements and each time the response was that the measurements are not visible. Fake !! Especially since the measurements provided in the description do not correspond at all to the measurements requested. First seller on Joom not at all attentive and playing an idiot. extremely disappointed.

Here are the products I love so much! I bought them with great appreciation and enthusiasm and I am completely satisfied! I am in love with these products, they are so beautiful and pretty. Delivery of item was very poor. The item is not satisfactory. Return/refund is cumbersome with this company. Complaints are made but no body is attending to complaints - no complaints handling procedures. Future transactions could be scaring considering the way and manner the company does its business. Not properly regulated.

A dream fur. I wear 40-44 and it fits perfectly. A bit heavy but very soft and incredibly elegant. Looks sooo beautiful with a turtleneck dress. Jeans wasn't so great but a suit. Won't return this fur. Never ever 💕💕💕💕💕.
