Tracking number: 00340434516145604657 . Order: 38yd93ex . Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, . on 03.08.2025 I ordered a motorcycle helmet from you. Unfortunately, I did not receive the desired item, but a cheap rubber mask and not only is it not a motorcycle helmet, it is also the wrong color. . Payment was made via Klarna in the amount of 62.57 euros for the ordered motorcycle helmet. . I have also already contacted Klarna and reported your, in my eyes, i.e. in my personal opinion, attempted fraud. . I demand from you an immediate refund of the amount paid to the original payment method, until 27.08.2025. Should the repayment not be made to Klarna by then, I will initiate further measures (via Klarna) against you. If necessary, I also reserve the right to go public via social networks.. . A return of the delivered item (rubber mask) is out of the question for me, as this would involve considerable costs for me, unless you cover these in advance. . I thank you for your efforts and expect an immediate refund of the amount paid, as well as the quickest possible written feedback. . Kind regards . Yvonne Schulze Kölpinerstr. 16 12689 Berlin

I ordered English version, yet still received Russian one. Unless I can replace it I won't change the review as I wanted to play with my friends and it's useless to me in Russian... Please assist. I will change the review if I manage to get this product replaced to what I purchased. In case I manage to replace it to an English version, this game seems great at least on paper.

I did not receive the correct item HD Solar-powered Wireless Video Doorbell and Two-Way Audio Intercom doorbell camera I did not receive the correct item I paid for the HD Solar-powered Wireless Video Doorbell and Two-Way Audio Intercom doorbell camera full Order No. 7X6D27JQ Tracking number: S7650085811710120 122 €

Item not as described. I ordered the regular version (18+) in English but received the alpha version (12+) in Russian, moreover with damaged corners and a punctured box. The craftsmanship is terrible. The box is made of thin cardboard and feels like they took a shoebox and painted it.

The camera not have reverse lines, it's not CVBS signal run only on 1080 25fps and the video image it's not good for this money which i spend for it it's a rubbish now I have to buy another one because that one doesn't have good view.

I ordered the item in anthracite and got one in beige 😤 I am very disappointed. But the support was very customer-friendly. I was very surprised and pleased at the same time about the result Many Thanks

Catastrophic I received the wrong product there was no pattern the case was only gray and in addition it was not the phone size I had ordered

It looks like a joke. Not only did I wait a very long time, but I also received hand cream instead of a car magnet. Terrible seller!!!
