TIPS Good to know for safe use

It's okay if the product swells slightly As warm steam is supplied to the heating element, it may naturally swell up. The degree of swelling may vary depending on the environment, but this increases close contact with the eyes, allowing the warmth to be delivered thoroughly without gaps.

If the surrounding temperature is high, take a short break Depending on individual skin condition and usage environment, the temperature or duration may feel different. If the surrounding temperature is high and it feels a bit hot, please stop using it for a moment. Burns can occur even at low temperatures, so it is best to use it at a comfortable temperature.

Block-type heating element that doesn't leak During use, the heating element will not flow or leak, so there's no need to worry. However, after use, the heating element hardens, so there is a risk of it breaking if pressed firmly or subjected to pressure, so please dispose of it right after use.

Young children should always use this with a guardian Young children have thin skin and may be more sensitive to temperature changes. A guardian must supervise, and if the child feels it is hot, please stop use immediately.

If you have a history of eye surgery, please consult first After eye-related surgeries such as LASIK, LASEK, or cataract surgery, caution is needed depending on individual recovery status. Before use, for safety, we recommend that you consult thoroughly with a doctor before using it.
