Le 06/10/2023 Bonjour, J'ai bien reçu le produit commandé mais hélas il ne m'a pas été possible de l'utiliser car c'est à priori l'unité principale de mesure de mon autotensiomètre MAGNIEN (détecteur d'arythmie garantie 5 ans) qui était en panne ,indépendante du brassard (garanti 2 ans comme accessoire). L'achat de l'appareil datant du 01/03/20216 la garantie n'est donc plus valable et je me retrouve ainsi avec un brassard neuf inutilisable ! -Peut-être vendez-vous également la base séparément ?(unité de mesure du tensiomètre) Je regrette donc de ne pouvoir donner mon avis sur cet article (brassard) que j'ai reçu dans d'excellentes conditions,et vous remercie pour votre suivi extrêmement sérieux. Je retiens par conséquent votre site "JOOM",et ne manquerai pas de vous contacter si besoin, même si je regrette de n'avoir pu tester le brassard. The purchase of the device dated 01/03/20216 the warranty is therefore no longer valid and I find myself with a new unusable cuff! -Maybe you also sell the base separately?(blood pressure monitor unit of measurement) I therefore regret not being able to give my opinion on this article (armband) which I received in excellent conditions, and thank you for your extremely serious follow-up. I therefore retain your site "JOOM", and will not fail to contact you if necessary, even if I regret not having been able to test the armband. I will be placing a new order soon. Shoppers I cannot fault these flowers 🌸, I recommend that if you want quality, at a reasonable price then you need these in your crafting kit. Joom you have an astonishing store working with you and if it was on a score basis of 1 to 10, then this store in my opinion gets the top mark 10....well done...

Title: Very disappointed – used and damaged condition We were extremely disappointed upon receiving this item. The product was clearly not new. It was missing a screw needed to hold one of the brackets in place, there are visible marks/scratches on the brackets, and one of the rubber sleeves was completely worn out and damaged. Additionally, the items were not properly protected during transit. We absolutely cannot recommend this product to others, and we request a full refund.

Unfotunately, we received the stools yesterday with a side dent on the top part of both items (see photo attached). Moreover, in the picture displayed, the stools seem higher than they actually are - so, we would need to return these stools and ask for a refund.

I received this product today. Without even opening the pack, I know that the product is broken. It has obviously been badly packed for such a delicate item. I am also struggling to figure out how to get a refund. Really disappointed. Tom

It is great product and I love it every tine I order it just please be careful when you pack the products because some of them where a bit broken! I was the first time that that happened so I am not disappointed I am actually more than happy

Useless item, i have a mini foxie 5.5 kilo's and would be lucky to fit into the crate, let alone be comfortable, would be suitable for a pet rat. That photo in the advertisment is bullshit,my pup is less than half the size of that dog.

Decently packaged, but there was a bent pin on the joystick. Easily straightened with a knife. I have to mention, the joystick itself feels really sturdy. Buttons are made of plastic, so you can't really make them better than they are.
