The first walking stick delivered by Joom was very good. The three newly ordered walking sticks are not yet assembled.. Hello joom, I've already written to you three times, but other than an acknowledgement of receipt, no response???? A small complaint and a delivery from outside Europe...it's at customs in Lisbon, and I'm apparently still supposed to PAY!!!
