Ordered the EU size up, but the shoes were still too small. Had a hell of a time trying to claim a refund. Customer services make you jump through hoops to get your money back. They make you take photos, offer you a discount, tell you to take it to charity and hat photographic evidence that you have donated the item before they will refund you!! Absolutely ludicrous and outrageous behaviour that has never been experienced before. Shocking!!
the shoes are nice, but the quality is horrible. I bought them for my best friend and I was expecting them to be good quality, for it's price. 60 euros is a lot for shoes you can find at 10 euros. I though they would be better quality if they are expensive, but I was wrong. The shipping costs a lot to send them back, so it's not worth it.
This jacket is georgeous, it's such a lovely colour and so nice and warm. Having the zips on each pocket is really good, I can highly recommend this jacket, especially for the cold weather. It is a nice top and lovely color. I ordered it large but it is too tight. A bigger size would have been much better. So I cannot wear it. I would like a refund of € 14. I cannot wear it nir adjust it.
I take a size 40 you only had them up to 39 but still wearable as open toe n not noticeable love them i always go a size up when I order have them also in orange always get complements when I wear them
