Scooter that is sold with a range of 30, 35 kms whereas I barely do 15 in normal conditions. No suspension. If you don't like being shaken, choose another model. Very disappointed but especially inaccurate description

Received an order last week but it doesn't work, no light at the front and it doesn't run at all, the only thing that works is the brake light, is there a fuse that might be broken, I didn't have time to check if everything worked because I unpacked it and was away the rest of the week.
