Description

KitchenAid Artisan 5KSM195 4.7L Planetary Mixer Spearmint

Planetary mixer with a tilt-head in Spearmint - light mint green with a matte sand finish, declared the Color of the Year 2026. This edition includes extended equipment: two brushed stainless steel bowls, a set of mixing tools, a bowl guard with feeder, and a scraper.

• The direct drive AC motor works without transmission belts, thanks to which torque is transferred directly to the mixer even with thick doughs.

• Gradual speed control allows you to start by slowly combining loose ingredients and progress to intense whipping without splattering.

• The tilting head allows for easy access to the bowl when adding ingredients and changing tools.

• The zinc die-cast body stabilizes the device on the countertop and reduces vibrations during extended kneading.

• The matte, slightly sandy coating is pleasant to the touch and resistant to everyday use.

• The tool's planetary motion encompasses the entire volume of the bowl, ensuring a uniform mixture without interruption.

• Kneading yeast and bread dough

• Whipping egg whites, cream and sponge cakes

• Mixing shortcrust pastry and cookie dough
