Girls' Black and White Long-Sleeve Knit Dress with Peter Pan Collar and Faux Pockets

We ordered this coat for my daughter. She loves Minecraft. However the coat we ordered was red (her favourite colour) and had 3 pictures on the back, Steve and friends, hostile mobs and axolotls. She was over the moon when we found this online. It arrived in just over a week. The first problem we had when it arrived is that it was pink not the red we ordered. It was also far too large but also completely different picture on the back. Still Minecraft but only one and not of the ones we chose in our order. I have been trying to ask for a refund but that just doesn’t seem to be an option and or the app makes it so complicated that they want people to just give up. Needless to say we are disappointed and ended up getting her an entirely different coat from elsewhere.

Photographs here on Joom are very deceptive. The oval has the handles in the sides, like in the Joom seller photos but unlike the sellers photographs, the seat is very shallow and the kids just get thrown off every time they use it. This is available to buy in Smyths for €50 where it is 50cm in diameter, suitable for kids up to 50 kg and the seat is the correct depth. My kids have used the one from Smyths safely. The description and information is contradictory and the dimensions are only in the photos, not in the description itself. It makes no sense this product says it’s suitable for up to 100kg but for ages 3-6 years old. I should have gone to Smyths, now I have yet another unusable product that I have to pay to replace 😑

Die Schuhe sehen gut aus. Leider sind sie aber insgesamt deutlich zu klein. Mag sein, dass die angegebene Fußlänge im Prinzip in den Schuh passen würde, aber die Ballenhöhe, die Innenbreite und die Schaftweite entsprechen nach meiner Meinung nicht den europäischen Maßen für die Schuhgröße. Man müsste wahrscheinlich zwei oder drei Größen mehr nehmen. Schade.

Item arrived quickly, but no kite instructions or line included in the set! The cross spars only fit on the back of the kite if the are bowed not flat. Because there are no assembly instructions, I don't know if this is correct. I purchased this kite as a special birthday present for someone, so am very disappointed. Please help? Thanks.

The quality of the fabric is so poor, it feels like plastic. I wouldn’t have purchased this if I had known how bad it is. The white color is far from white, it’s a sorth of beige, undefined color. I totally dislike this.. and it wasn’t cheap at all..
