Grater part: 18-0 stainless steel Container part: 18-8 stainless steel Colander section: 18-8 stainless steel Silicone lid (base plate): Silicone rubber Experience the ultimate grating experience with Quattro blades. The grater section is made of 1.5mm thick stainless steel, offering both durability and ease of maintenance. In addition to the precisely slanted, sharpened blades, it features a quattro blade design, eliminating stress during grating. Additionally, claws have been added to the top and bottom to prevent it from detaching from the container when grating. The container has a slope so you can grate with minimal effort. Because it uses 1.0mm thick plate, the simple design without reinforcing curled sections prevents dirt from accumulating, making it hygienic. The finely textured, fluffy radish grated with its carefully crafted, angled, sharp blades cuts through the fibers without tearing them, resulting in an exceptionally smooth texture. One piece serves three purposes: The silicone lid (base plate) can be as a non-slip mat when removing food from a container. It can also be as a lid for storing grated ingredients, or as a cover when storing food. This colander drains water well and fits perfectly into slanted containers. The bottom of the colander is raised to allow water to drain better. It can be easily and without waste.
