Complaint About Incorrect Phone Case Size – Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) Hello, I ordered a phone case from your website for my Motorola Moto G Stylus 5G (2022). The product description stated it was compatible with my phone model. I specifically chose this case because of the ring holder, which I find very useful for a better grip. However, after receiving the product, I found that the case is too large by approximately half a centimeter. As a result: The phone moves loosely inside the case; There is a visible gap, and the device doesn't sit securely; The feel in the hand is completely wrong — it's clear that this case is not made for my phone. I believe the product description was misleading, or the item simply does not match the advertised model. This creates a poor user experience and undermines trust in the Joom platform. I have attached a photo comparing two phone cases: The purple case came with my phone and fits perfectly. The blue case is the one I ordered from your website. As you can see in the photo: The blue case has an extra hole at the bottom that does not exist on the original (purple) case; This confirms that the design is not meant for my phone model; In addition to the case being too big and loose, this extra hole makes it clear the case is not a proper fit. I will attach photos to clearly show the issue. I kindly ask you to: Accept this complaint for review; Provide a refund or offer appropriate compensation; Please improve the accuracy of product listings on your platform to prevent similar issues. So really okay for the price. I was mainly concerned with the news and that works well. So far I haven't had any problems with the Bluetooth connection and I'm satisfied with the existing functions. The 4* deduction results from the not exactly successful app for the watch and because Bluetooth can only be connected via the app and the watch cannot be worn when showering and swimming. Washing your hands is just about okay, but you shouldn't come into contact with more water. I had ordered another blue and a purple one. Unfortunately, I have already received 2x blue instead of blue and violet and the blue of this watch looks completely different on the picture than the blue on the other one. Unfortunately, it's not like that in reality: now I have three blue watches and they all have the same blue. Therefore, a watch now has 3*, a 2* and a third blue one has unfortunately only earned 1*, after the color also deviates badly from the picture.

* Mobile case 💜 . The arrival time was about 12 days (it was quite fast so that's great 🤩🤩). It came well wrapped in its bag and with its sponge inside the cover. . It is very robust and I like that because it is shockproof as it says in the description, it also has a pop grip included in the case that can be used to take the mobile from there or to support it anywhere and see something on the mobile. . The color is a little lighter than the pink in the seller's image, although it is still beautiful. . Surely ask for another cover in another color more 🤩🤩 . The order came late and on top of that I received something completely different than what I ordered. The cover I received does not correspond to the one I ordered, it is totally different and inappropriate in size and color (but the quality of the received cover is really good good), if it was simply a different color... it was not one problem, but the case received is for a different phone model. If the order was for me, I wasn't so disappointed, but the order was for the little girl and she waited a long time for it. It remains to be seen what the seller will answer. The Samsung mobile case I ordered is really poor quality. It does not look like the picture that Ayzeze is using to advertise the product. I also ordered protective glass covers, but the fit and curvature of the glass are incorrect and barely match my phone. In addition, the fingerprint sensor fails to work 3 out of 4 times after applying the screen protector. Very disappointed. I am not sure whether I can return these products, since I have already used one of the protective glass covers to test it. However, I do not see how it would be possible to evaluate the product without trying it first.
