The cardboard box containing the bulbs was a thin plastic bag with the JOOM logo that has not traveled well (see photo) The cardboard box containing the vial was crushed and 2 of the 4 tabs holding the closed vial "petals" broke off She was refunded as soon as possible.. I will buy it again because the bulb is powerful and of original shape.

I placed an order on 09/09/2022 - I received on 01/11/2022 a black lace necklace in the Gothic style. Beads halves are glued to the dense lace base. At the base is a large black crystal with a faceted pattern, and a drop-shaped black bead is attached to the end. The length of the necklace can be changed using a metal chain. I liked the quality.

Order# WLOPJONW. This was clearly advertised as an 8 piece set and I received only one set of tweezers. Under warranty it states I have 30 days to contact but, there is no link to do so. Is someone going to reply to this review? The one set of tweezers I received is nice with a good grip for very fine hairs.

I lit an incense stick to test yesterday. They smell very pleasant, a bit like lemon and slightly rosy. I don't know if they work, due to a lack of mosquitoes at the moment😁 A stick burns for about 45 minutes. Since I like them, I have ordered some more and would like to recommend them to you. 👍👌

They just arrived a little later agreed veil when you buy it you put the date and then it is another one but the boxes came both destroyed now we will have to try it but one of them does not work it is normal the treatment they carry and the packaging is very bad the other I don't know because I haven't tried it

Very bright light, the only downside is only direct current, if the electrician has done a good job, it works. Will order again. I can't say anything about the durability yet, I'll give it later.

This item is so tight and doesn’t give, I could not put it on a Barbie! Joom just refunded me for these tights, with out me asking for a refund, such an honest company, Joom has me as a loyal client for sure! THANKS JOOM
