I did not receive the product that I ordered and paid for, thank you for doing what is necessary. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. The first photo I sent you is the model I received, it is not the model I ordered and paid for, and the second is the one I ordered. Thank you for rectifying your error as quickly as possible because with the shipping times I think I won't have it for Christmas.

The WIG order what I bought online is not even Lace Front as in the picture ( £17.10 Christmas Synthetic Lace Front wig ) they sent me another Tracking Order wig, It's already FUNNY what JOOM company does with my orders. What I noticed it's not even the first time when JOOM/company/App make fun of the customer orders 😡 Name, I am a customer. Kind Regards.

Both products arrived broken and no way to click for a refund, followed the instructions to get in touch and loops me back to where I started. would appreciate if the company could get in touch with me asap to arrange refund. Also the item was not boxed for transit so was inevitable it would be damaged. Shame because it would have been a lovely ornament.

danger!!! It is NOT a lace front wig!!! It's a cheap 0815 China wig that you can get for 9 euros. It's not even smooth, it's wavy.... Nice colors but not what I wanted.

The coin purse (the smaller one) did not arrive. The other bag ordered was supposed to be grey but came black. It is not correct for it to be like this. It will be difficult to place orders again.

The mat is very soft and very, very thin… it is described as marble and diatomaceous earth in the description, which is a complete lie. A rip-off for this price

I ordered a cream-colored shawl, but it arrived in pink. Furthermore, the quality is absolutely not worth the price.
