It has arrived at me in Cyprus, in 30 days. The product is as described, But no instructions in English how to turn this thing off. I was almost close to burning my finger when inserting the batteries. Later on, I figured out that the colored plastic must be "locked down" to turn this thing off from burning. I gave 4 stars because there were no "usage instruction" in English.

Just received this. This is what was delivered. A mug which is NOT cheap put inside a thin cardboard box and some much thinner polystyrene. The bag was damaged too and mug was with dirt. I will be asking for a refund. I expect the seller to honor his part. These mugs should be sent in some bubble wrap and inside the mug filled with paper.
