Cycling Jersey Set Summer Ropa Ciclismo Men's Bicycle Cycling Clothing Color Blocking Mountain Bike Jersey Sportswear Suit

I would like to revoke the above-mentioned item under Joom's quality guarantee and request a refund. The items do not meet the quality I expected and was promised. The items are not original goods, but counterfeits! The seams are poorly made and stick out. The seat cushions are simply bad and not original. Furthermore, the items run smaller than ordered. They do not fit. What Joom is doing is fraud. I demand that you transfer my money back to me. I can return the items, but I am missing a return slip to do so.

The item is very good, unfortunately the European sizes are different from those in Asia.. The 2XL is significantly too small, so I would like to exchange the item for a 4XL.. Please give me an address or send me a return label. Many Thanks

Regarding the size, you should definitely order at least one to two sizes larger, as the sizes in their stated size chart do not match. If you go by that, the jerseys are too tight.

The item was too small and I already sent it back in mid-August. I have not received my refund to date. When will I finally receive my refund?.?

To return the item, you have to go through quite a bit of hassle, there is no return form. Once you figure out how to return the item, you still need to take "150" photos, and in the end, they will refuse to accept it anyway. I do not recommend it.

This is just cheap Chinese junk. Size XL is much too small. My body measurements are 1.75 m tall and 80 kg. XL is much too small here. Thanks never again.

Very very bad quality, fake product, you cannot simply send the items back and get a refund. Rip-off, never again!!!!

Order received but in poor condition, I cannot send a complaint! I kindly ask you to contact me as soon as possible!
