I’m really upset. I ordered the this Jacket size 4xxxx. It looked good. However when I put it on found it was to small. I could not zip it up. Over 10 inches to small across my chest to small. I have been waiting seems for ages for It. I would like it again but at right size. Hopefully I don’t have to wait so long. Yours Truly Mrs Rita Hempston PS How do I send this back to you?
I am really surprised. The size I have ordered is xL but what I have got is L.They really cheated me because the paper hanged it says XL and on the close it is L.Really no one should buy through Joom. That is not a business it is cheating the client
Beautiful winter fleece ❄️❄️❄️ Very warm and soft, inside it is padded with soft fur so as to be ideal even on the coldest days. Very comfortable and practical🙌🏼 Right size 🙏🏻 Beautiful color as in the photos💥
It's not an disappointed
Asian sizes are approximately two sizes smaller than standard sizes. It is recommended to order two sizes larger. 2XL is suitable for 75 kg. L is suitable for 55 kg. 3XL can fit up to 90 kg at most.

Never again. Even returning the jacket was a nerve-wracking hassle. They constantly demand new proof, you send endless photos, but an application for return is never processed for ages.
