nice jacket... but after you put it on you are all fluff of I don't know what bird, so that I don't mistake the name of the bird ... after 4 months, during which time I've dressed her 4 times at most, generally on her undercoat, especially if it's black or some other darker color, when you undress her it's as if you've come down from the nest or a nest from poiata .... what do we do dear ones ??? i want my money back!!! I buy a lot of things on Joom, but rarely with such bad quality (upset)

Please order the item 2-3 sizes larger than what you usually wear. Besides, the size chart up to 8XL says something. The duck down filling is illusory. The jacket in size M weighs 103 g, which is 10.3 dkg, indicating its quality and functionality. I absolutely do not recommend it.

It's not the jacket in the picture, I didn't buy this model of jacket, I was sent another model of jacket by mistake and much bigger 😡😡😡 that's how you make fun of customers, you are impudent, you don't pay attention to what you send to customers, I want the amount of money back, I want a refund of the amount back 😡😡😡😡😡😡

the product well received. Unfortunately the size does not correspond to MEDIUM. which for me is 40/42 .what I received is an extra small. I don't want a refund, but an exchange for a size 40/42. thank you otherwise I absolutely cannot wear it (see photo)

I am very enthusiastic about these boots. They look very beautiful. I wear EU size 38 and I ordered 38 here as well, they fit perfectly. Have a little lining inside. Clear purchase recommendation from me. Thank you very much to the seller and also to joom.
