- Sudden abnormal battery failure (excludes normal capacity decline from charge cycles)
What is NOT covered under this seller warranty:
1. Accidental damage: drops, impacts, bent frame, cracked screen, broken glass or scratches after delivery
2. Liquid, moisture or corrosion damage
3. Unauthorised opening, disassembly, part replacement, modification or third-party repair. Tampering voids warranty.
4. Cosmetic marks and minor wear described in listing, plus new cosmetic damage caused by buyer
5. Normal battery degradation from repeated charge cycles
6. Software issues: update errors, app crashes, account lock, carrier restrictions, eSIM activation failure, VoLTE/VoWiFi unavailable
7. Damage caused by incompatible accessories, improper charging, overheating or extreme temperatures
