Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the item I recently received ( Order Number VLL24287_DVVYPYGG. Unfortunately, the product does not match the item that was purchased or advertised in the provided image. The issues are as follows: The color of the product is completely different from what was shown. The design and overall style do not match the purchased product. The item received has a zipper closure instead of buttons, which is not what was advertised. Overall, the product significantly deviates from the representation shown online, and I am very unhappy with the quality and accuracy of the item received.. I kindly request quick action regarding this matter and ask for either: a replacement with the correct product, or a full refund. Attached pictures and videos are provided for your reference and clearly show the differences between the advertised product and the item received. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. Normally I wear size 29. Since I already received one in '29' (Under which I can still wear lined underwear.) from the same seller, I dared to order size 28 and was rewarded. It fits perfectly and is blue.

Doesn't match with photo and description! I have chosen the size accordingly to the size table description below the pictures and jeans arrived too short and too small! Awful! Proofs attached.

Very good quality and workmanship. Sits loosely. Dark brown fleece lining. In the video, the jeans appear dark blue. But they are black, still.

A tiny bit big but with a belt it will be fine. It's better a little too big than too small. Very good and nice packaging pouch.

The pants are too tight and the waist size was small. On top of that I couldn't even button up the pants as the top part was sewn together!

The manufacturer has cut off the size label. I ordered XXL2 and it measures 52 cm shoulder I have one from last year and it measures 49 I feel cheated

To test on the beast, but it should be fine. I took one size down because the 49 seemed a bit large at the waist.
