I bought this air conditioner for a 5m long camper van. I didn't expect much. After installing the two-pipe system and turning it on at 8:00 AM when the outside temperature was 21°C, I set the air conditioner to 16°C. Of course, I had previously closed all the windows and lowered the blinds. I used a thermal blanket on both the exhaust and intake pipes, and placed the intake pipe under the trailer at a distance of about 3m. I am sorry to say, but at the cold air outlet, the temperature did not reach the set temperature of 16°C, only 21°C. After about 8 hours, the temperature inside the trailer and next to the air conditioner was 28°C, and outside it was 35°C. The only positive fact is that the air in the trailer was lighter to breathe than outside. It's a shame, I expected something more.

In this order, the seller outdid themselves. Out of the 15m ordered, I only received 4m of poor-quality wallpaper. I contacted the support team, explaining the whole situation. After a long wait, they were supposed to refund 80% of the order amount. When I agreed to their terms, I received no message from them, and I was cheated (robbed) out of over PLN 200. I warn future customers to carefully check the ordered goods and how many meters of wallpaper were sent. Now half a wall is left without wallpaper!

I received the bedside lockers in completely unacceptable condition. Aside from the extremely poor quality, they are broken and already falling apart. It is disgraceful that products in this condition were considered suitable to sell and deliver to a customer. I am rejecting the goods as they are damaged and not fit for purpose. Please arrange to collect both lockers immediately at no cost to me and issue a full refund. Confirm the collection arrangements and refund date as soon as possible.

The bag is relatively small and also just reaches my stomach.. unsuitable for thicker people! So a size adjustable up to 145 cm circumference should definitely be guaranteed. This way, I cannot wear this item "over" the jacket for motorcycling, and furthermore, the workmanship is poor. No straight pull on one side, so the strap always twists

Unfortunately, I only received the correct size for one of the two at the full price. The silver cup is too small. I would like the correct size for my order, please. Furthermore, the cup has stains on the inside. The other one does not have these. And the order was correctly placed for two times 500 ml. I am already annoyed. About how long it took.

I placed an order for an additional sink and some of my order, given the dimensions of the package and the weight of 4.5 kg, I received a tap weighing a little over 600 grams. I am disappointed, this is not what I ordered, I am requesting a refund. Furthermore, I cannot do anything with this tap since I use a 12-volt pump with a single cold water outlet.

On the first picture you can see my order and on the second picture you can see what I am got. What is that? Mistake or Fraud? Unfortunately, it is not possible to reach JOOM about that. This would be an important question, because if there were a mistake, it would make sense to place a new order. Unfortunately, I'm forced to give this one star, actually, it is ZERO

It's annoying that you don't know how many meters you'll receive. With my last order, I received about 2.25 m - today only 1.10 m. What is that supposed to mean? I was counting on the 2.25 m. The product itself is great - the shipping was also okay ...but what is this game with the missing quantity information or with the arbitrariness of the cutting?
