I purchased them through Joom, but unfortunately the size is too small for my son, which means he is completely unable to use them. I was on holiday and therefore could not send the shoes back earlier. As soon as I was able to, I returned them on Monday. I have now received an email stating that the return has been refused. I find this quite disappointing, as the shoes are unused and cannot serve any purpose for us simply because they do not fit my son. I would therefore ask you to reconsider your decision and accept the return.. I hope you can resolve this matter reasonably and make an exception in this case. If you nevertheless insist on refusing the return, then please return the shoes to me, as I do not agree to them being kept by you. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory solution. So the shoes get 5/5 stars from me. I am generally surprised by Anta and also really satisfied with my C202 7. The workmanship is top-notch and the shoes remind me in part of the evo SL, although I even like this one a little better.. However, I'm only giving 4 stars because the order took about 8-10 days to be shipped at all according to Joom, and the package tracking was too opaque.. Generally, I would recommend most people on Joom to only buy Chinese shoes, as I have looked at many sellers and the Chinese shoes were usually always original, while shoes from Nike and Adidas, for example, are often fake.. But I can really warmly recommend the shoes from this seller if you can wait about 3 to 3 1/2 weeks.

First, the product description doesn't say it's shipped from China, which creates distrust regarding the brand's originality (even though they put a checkmark next to the brand). You don't find out until the order status tells you it's coming from somewhere in China. You cross your fingers that when it arrives, it's an original branded product, and you find that THE SELLER HAS NOT PAID THE CORRESPONDING CUSTOMS DUTIES and after almost a month waiting for the sneakers, you have to pay €20.23 for customs processing when the listing explicitly states “VAT AND CUSTOMS DUTIES INCLUDED”. I have already verified the sneakers on Nike and they are original, so I am proceeding to claim the customs charges. I will not buy on this app again.

Good day, I would like to return the shoes I received because, unfortunately, they did not arrive in perfect condition.. One of the shoes has a clearly visible, firm bulge on the front. The other shoe shows dirt and several scratches. Overall, the shoes do not appear new to me, but rather used or worn out.. Since the shoes are not acceptable to me in this condition, I would like to return them and request a full refund of the purchase price.. A copy you can clearly see and feel just by looking and touching the materials and the shoe construction. Therefore the shoe is very expensive for the price being a copy and I don’t recommend because materials are low quality and will wear too fast. For example outsole and grip and insole cushioning, etc. Also this model is an example of stability but this case the frame is too weak and it is not comparable with the original at all. Watch out people with a weak ankle. This shoe will not bring the expected support. Not worth risking again

I ordered the air jordan trunner. They do take slightly longer to come. But I tracked them every step of the way. I was more than pleased when they arrived. ONE tiny complaint ..43 is a 9 in Europe and UK when they arrived i would say they were 8 and a half ..I am a smaller 9 so they still fit well, but if your a big 9 ..maybe 44 ..otherwise they are perfect. I love the style and price. I read mixed reviews, I could nit pick with size but I was more than happy with this site and product, I will def order again ..

I am waiting for them to reply to return the product. I have already sent many emails with photos explaining the irregularities, large size, details different from the original, dirty product, among others, and I still have not received a response. I believe this is a scam and if they do not refund my money, I will report it to the authorities and the consumer office.. The delivery process via the supplier was completely opaque. When ordering, it was indicated that delivery should take place within 5 days. This was not the case, as the goods came from China (!) - which was not evident from the order at any point! The delivery took 4 weeks. Furthermore, I also had to pay customs duties, which made the item significantly more expensive in the end! This was the first and last time I ordered here.
