Sehr geehrtes Joom-Support-Team, ich habe über Ihre Plattform ein Paar Nike Air Zoom Upturn SC (Artikelnummer: IB2764-400) bestellt und vor Kurzem erhalten. Beim Auspacken ist mir aufgefallen, dass die transparenten Elemente im Fersenbereich der beiden Schuhe unterschiedliche Farben haben. Bei einem Schuh ist das Element nahezu farblos und transparent, während es beim anderen einen deutlichen rosa Farbton aufweist. Da es sich um ein Paar Schuhe desselben Modells handelt, würde ich gerne wissen, ob dieser Farbunterschied normal und produktionsbedingt ist oder ob möglicherweise ein Qualitätsmangel vorliegt. Könnten Sie mir bitte mitteilen, ob diese Farbabweichung bei diesem Modell üblich ist und ob die gelieferten Schuhe dem Originalprodukt entsprechen? Dear Joom Support Team, My latest order was handled by Quickmail. However, instead of being delivered to my correct address, the parcel was delivered to a completely different address in Lucerne. My delivery address: Langensandstrasse 10 6005 Lucerne Switzerland The parcel was apparently delivered to Tribschenstrasse 90 instead. I only found out where my package was because a stranger took the trouble to contact me. Quickmail appears to be unable to read and follow the correct delivery address. This level of unreliability is simply unacceptable. I explicitly request that Quickmail no longer be used for my future orders. Please check whether you can exclude this carrier for my deliveries and use a more reliable alternative instead. Kind regards, M. Malloth

So, new scalpel 2.0 is really good basketball shoes. Traction is perfect on clean and dusty floor. Ventilation is not so good. Amortisation is normal, I didn’t feel any problems with it. Feeling of court is good. Also I can recommend this shoes to all players without any exceptions, it won’t make any problems to people with wide and high foot.Anta scalpel 2.0 have 2 minuses and of them is connected with laces. Firstly it is fixation of foot. You need to lace it so tight. And secondly it is system of lacing. After 2 months of using lace locs was crashed. So if I need to rate it, i will tell 7/10

Leider sind diese Schuhe zu klein und es ist unglaublich was ich hier alles machen muß um den Schuh zurück zu senden und mein Geld wieder zu bekommen. Fuß fotografieren, Sohle raus nehmen, Anhänger die nicht vorhanden waren fotografieren , den Schuh und Karton von allen Seiten fotografieren und alles senden. Und weiter wird man zermürbt bis man auf gibt, den Scheiß behält. Auf sein Geld verzichtet. Hier bestelle ich nie wieder! Leider werden wir ja fast gezwungen, in Deutschland im Laden das Sportschuh Angebot kann man vergessen.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. Despite the tracking information showing that the item was delivered, I never received my shoes. The courier service seems completely uninterested in helping me resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I didn't receive any notification of delivery. It's clear that I've been scammed, and I'm warning others to be cautious when using this app. They're not legitimate, and I won't be making the mistake of shopping with them again.
