Hi, everyone, We only ordered 1 pair of shoes, but we received 3 (!!!) pairs (Reference number: JM2616600711106277 and Reference number: JM2616600711105121). To which address should we return the 2 items and to which address specifically? When will the money for the remaining 2 pairs of sports shoes be refunded to our account?? It says on the packages here: "In case of return/refund please contact your seller". Who is the seller: JOOM? Please provide the address to which we can return these items and get our money refunded. Under which email can we communicate with you in such a case, when it concerns returns and incorrect booking (on your part)?? Kind regards Sirunjan Family thank you Kind regards The Sirunjan Family from Stuttgart

Don't rely on the size, you must consult the size chart, a return will be excessively expensive, customer support is unreliable, everything is questioned, and you have to wait days for a response, a friendly contact is definitely something else, I will definitely avoid Joom in the future. Better to keep your hands off it.

Very poor product quality, and the price does not correspond to the quality at all. The product arrived without its original packaging, simply in a bag. We waited almost three weeks for delivery, and when the product finally arrived, the disappointment was all the greater🥲

Don't have a review yet for the product because they said it's delivered, but I haven't received the packages, or they didn't send a photo of where they left them at our gate. I don't know if it was delivered or not. No customer service contact for this Joom.

There is no precise description regarding the address on how to return the product.. No one answers my emails, and there is no available hotline service. Never Again

I was superficial for not reading the product carefully, but the item is misleading as these shoes are not adidas and the price corresponds to the originals.
