Absolutely HORRIBLE app and company!! I ordered this plush toy on Aug 16th.. its now Sept 13th.. and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking said it arrived in Canada Aug 27th and thats it!!! No other updates. And Joom wont give a refund until Nov 21st if the item hasn't arrived by then. The original date to arrive was Sept 10th!!!!! So now we gotta wait over 2 months just to ask for a refund!!!! Absolutely horrific customer service!! Will NEVER over from this site again!!!! ALL other places/apps/companies would offer refund the MOMENT the item isnt delivered by the delivery date that was originally promised! And not just a refund but to keep the item once it arrives along with the refund! Terrible! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND JOOM TO ANYONE IN EXISTENCE.. ill be doing the opposite and be telling everyone and anyone to NOT order from JOOM.. dont waste your money or time or phone space for the app! HORRIBLE! EDITED : Now I cant even check the status cause this site put my order as delivered when ITS NOT DELIVERED yet!!!!
Horrible. It's the only word I have to describe this article. The color, in addition to being horrible, is all blurred, the doll looks like it's defective (it's curved), the face is crooked, the hair looks more like Medusa. I don't have anything good to say about this. How does Jom send an article like this to a customer? The photos speak for themselves. Nothing to do with the photos in the article
My son absolutely loves it!!! It is the perfect size for him to carry around with him, which he does lol everywhere he goes! Very soft texture, feels like high quality toy, seems very durable and will probably be a long time plushie friend! Planning to purchase the other characters
You get tiny screws with this item as you have to fit the legs on yourself there are no holes for the screws but they screw in easily enough in to the plastic body.Severeal modes to the lights.Good size flamingo and lovely.
It is very well made. I liked it a lot and it looks very eye-catching when worn. It is very striking and elegant. The design allows you to wear it with more formal clothes but also with more casual and sporty models.
As shown, all you have to do is assemble it. The flamingo has different lighting modes that can be set manually on the back of the solar module.
Would recommend! It's a big cup(holds about 400ml ) looks very nice and is very comfortable to use and wash. It was packaged safely and arrived promptly.
Visually, it lights up well when you hold it in your hand, but when it is installed without a car, it lights up poorly and strangely, you can see the trees more than the asphalt
