Absolute no go + bad service on top of that - I'm appalled. My approach to service: Sorry, I just feel like I'm being "cheated" Photo of the goods when I have to complain about the quality. Honestly. If the photos said anything about the quality I wouldn't have ordered these 3 pieces and wasted money. Their support really leaves a lot to be desired in terms of service. I will mark the 3 items as received and will provide the necessary comment which hopefully will discourage others from encountering such issues. Short sleeves shirt from Freedom Fashion The quality seems good, it looks well made I didn't find any extra threads in it Fabric is smooth to the touch the shirt made of polyester and it has button closure, the color is just as pictured. Parameters are 110- 47 and height is 72cm, I ordered size Xl I think this is perfect for summer because its fabric is thin but is not see-through and still very nice and cool. Seller has five colors for your choice and my choice is blue After the order, shirt came in 3 weeks and the product came well packed with postal service!

I bought the first necklace I have some of my mums ashes but this one said silver I'm glad iv not put any in this one yet I put it on the same chain but it's starting to make my skin getting irritating on my skin so took off put in jewellery box I'll just wear the first one I got from joom as that one iv had no problem with and not affected me at all :( this is what's happening to the back of it so I know it's not silver I circled the part that's starting to irritated my skin the silver is changing I'm glad I didn't put any ashes into it sadly cause its beautiful:(

Hello, I can not put more for the quality because the chain is darker than the eye and is not beautiful. I put it on another chain of the same color as the eye but I took a picture with your chain. I'm afraid that the color of the chain will leave in a time that I can't tell you exactly. Otherwise the eye is beautiful and the sound can be seen that there is a layer of 18 carat gold on it because it shines well. I'm sorry but because of the channel I can't give 5 stars. Sincerely Your Marianne

The sweatshirt ordered for my stepson's birthday is not the correct size, even though it's normally his size. It's marked as men's size. I would need the same one in size L. How can I return this one in size S and exchange it for size L?? GMVM7QNL order number, is it free for the return and exchange of the size of the same garment in size L Good for you Mrs. Louckx

HAIR HEADBAND FOR GIRL 👧. Headband with sea motifs, looks like a mermaid. The headband is lined with a soft fabric so it doesn't rub. The mermaid is embossed and sequined, very pretty and very successful. The sequins seem to be very well attached. My daughter liked it a lot 😍😍. It is available in different models, they are all very beautiful.. Recommended 💯

The fabric feels very good on the skin, even though the seams are not very cleanly finished. For the price, I would have expected a bit more quality. The print is also messy. The worst thing is that threads are sticking out everywhere. That's a real shame. Otherwise, it's a great shirt, but unfortunately of inferior quality in terms of workmanship.

It's too small How can I return it give me a bigger one 10 15 cm even if I pay the difference it doesn't matter I like it It's perfect but it's too small it doesn't cover the neck if it were 10 15 cm bigger or tell me what What should I do to return it back and Can you give me another one 10 15 cm longer
