Hello, I have received my order, but this item (like the rest of the order) is not as described or shown in the product photos. The items appear oversized and trendy in the pictures, but in reality they are very small, tight-fitting and poorly cut. The fit, style and overall appearance are significantly different from what is shown on the website. The materials and quality are also not consistent with the description and images. This issue affects all items in my order and clearly indicates that the products are not in conformity with their description and photos. I would therefore like to request a full refund. As this is my first order on Joom, I am quite disappointed with this experience. Thank you for your assistance.

The shoes are too small for me at the front by the toes and are therefore not comfortable to wear. Otherwise, there are no damages to the shoes.. However, the return didn't work at all. With the app, you can select that you want to return something and which item, but after that, nothing happens, and you can't write anything in personally either, only select given building blocks, and then the return function is already gone. And if you want to do it via this website, that doesn't work either, because you are supposed to click on "I have a question about my order", but I can't find this sentence and therefore cannot carry out a return via the website either and am now stuck with the costs.

3. The old packaging is damaged. They look terrible. There are no original seals. The boxes were opened, as evidenced by the condition of the packaging. Corner damage: the boxes are heavily dented. One box has a torn and delaminated section. The cardboard in this place has lost its stiffness.. Edge wear: Numerous white scuffs are visible on the side edges and along the bottom spine, suggesting frequent sliding of the box or its improper storage. Creases: Visible small creases in the cardboard structure on the side wall and along the opening line. I am devastated by the purchase from this ad. I was convinced I would have beautiful gift packaging. But the visible ones are not suitable for a gift in this condition.

Dear Sir/Mad I have received this item, which it isn't in Red colours, it is In light Burgundy colours. Never mind about the colour, it is very poor quality also for the price I have paid £21.13p, which I could get this item half price of your once in here. Meanwhile this item it hasn't any packet in or out side the bag, only a small packet in side. So, do send me your QR, I could send it back to you for a full refunds please with out contacting to my card claim Dep. P. S . I have to pay £7.00 for going to post office for go and back to my home. This is advertised as an OLED screen, when in reality it is not, this appears to be an LCD screen, the received item also does not match the item picture nor the specs advertised, this is being fraudulently sold and advertised as OLED and I would not have purchased it if I had known it wouldn't be on arrival. The screen is not touch screen and only registers when tested as 60 hz, not 144hz, so EVERY PART OF THE ADVERT IS FALSE. The plastic in the bottom corner is also deformed and not attached to the frame, trying my best for a refund.
