badly packing of parcel. it should have had more and better wraping/padding then this. the biggest item has been damaged on the corner edges (see photos) this has been a problem with postoal services earlier also. I can not accept this, the damages to the metal is not just some scrathes, but a real dent, just look at the plastic bag it came in!?! the other package with 3 items has been through a tough handling, but the content is not damaged. maybe because it was more then 1 item inside. but the 1 and biggest item has taken all the tough handling it could get. i want a new item- (i tried to order 1+1 of the 39x28 but got only one?) why is it so hard to pack the gods with more wraping? the postal services are bad and the less the package is protected the worse the items will be treated
The order arrived damaged, it has a clear dent in the outer upholstery, and in addition, after opening the folder, a tear in the material is clearly visible. I must add that I did not cause any of these damages. After opening the folder, it was immediately obvious to me that the pockets were torn. The packaging it arrived in was unfortunately thrown away, but I remember that after opening the parcel locker, I saw that part of the folder was sticking out of the packaging. I will also add that the folder was packed very carelessly, so I am not surprised that it looks this way.

The birdhouse is more suitable for decorative purposes without re-gluing it yourself. With mine, the packaging and contents were damaged. However, since I had waited about 4 weeks for the item, I didn't want to wait again and re-glued it myself. Conclusion, it looks nice but I don't give it more than one winter.
